We currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery after dispatch. All postal orders require a signature on delivery.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection:
For cupcakes: 48 hours (by noon)
For 6-inch layer cakes: 48 hours (by noon)
For 8-inch, 10-inch and 2 tier cakes: 72 hours (by noon)
Personalised plaques: We cannot guarantee that changes to personalised names or plaques can be made after your order is placed. However, if the work has not started, we will always try to accommodate a requested change. Any changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to hello@tulliesteapot.com. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds even if the requested change cannot be made as work will already have been carried out or materials ordered.
