Terms and Conditions

Some simple housekeeping we hope will help us both ensure that your order is to your satisfaction.

Secure Your Date:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is required 7 working days before collection.

Cake Design:

Cake inspiration photos are encouraged but will not be copied.

Cancellations:

We understand that at times, cancellations must be made. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to refund deposits as they are usually used to secure ingredients and or supplies to finish of your order.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for cupcakes and 72 hours in advance for cakes in order to accommodate an alternative date for you to collect your booking, thus, maintain your deposit.

Client Satisfaction:

We always aim to provide excellence in our baking and cakes we supply. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your product, the full product must be returned to us within 24 hours. Photos should be sent to us immediately also.

Cake Care:

All orders should be inspected upon collection, at which point any discrepancies should be communicated to us. After orders leave our care, they are the responsibility of the person collecting them. We are not liable for any perceived fault after they leave our premises.

Allergen Advice:

Please ensure you inform us of any allergen information we need to know regarding your order. Please note we operate in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and dairy products are handled daily.
