Cookie Box

Our cookies are made fresh which means we DO NOT pack them with preservatives! Instead, we heat seal our cookies for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for 7 – 10 days before starting to change in texture and taste.  If you don’t think you’ll consume them within this time, we recommend placing them into the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Then, simply bring to temperature by defrosting in the fridge first where they can then be microwave or oven heated to bring them back to their warm and gooey origins.

The Cookie Box is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, and peanuts. Each flavour may contain one or more of these allergens. The dough includes wheat flour and eggs for texture, while butter, milk powder, and chocolate with dairy are also used. Some cookies may contain soya from chocolate or emulsifiers, as well as nuts such as walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts. Peanuts may also be present due to shared equipment. All products are made in an environment where nuts and peanuts are used, and although care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, traces may still be found. Customers with food allergies or intolerances are advised to contact us before placing an order.
